David Descarpentries has extensive experience in regional management and urban engineering, currently serving as Directeur Regional Antilles-Guyane et du Genie Urbain at BERIM since May 2002. In this role, David oversees the Antilles-Guyane region's urban engineering, including departments focused on planning and water & sanitation. Prior to this, David held positions such as Directeur regional Sud et Outre-mer and Responsable d'activité Antilles-Guyane at BERIM, as well as roles at ACTEA Environnement and LILLE METROPOLE COMMUNAUTE URBAINE. David holds a Master 2 in water quality technology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
