Brian Hart

Brian Hart has a strong background in finance and operations. Brian started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit and Tax Senior Associate, specializing in retail, manufacturing, and gaming industries. Brian then worked at Mars Snackfood U.S. and Mars Incorporated, holding various financial positions, including Financial Planning and Accounting Director and Financial Shared Services Director. Brian also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and later as Chief Financial Officer at Sportcraft, an international sporting goods company. Currently, they are the President of Berje Inc, a global distributor and manufacturer of essential oils and aromatic chemicals. Over the years, Brian has demonstrated leadership in driving growth, strategic initiatives, process improvement, and promoting company culture and vision.

Brian Hart completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics from UCLA between 1983 and 1988. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA degree in Finance and Tax from the USC Marshall School of Business from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a CPA certification in November 1990.
