Man Trinh has extensive experience in the field of research and development, primarily with Berjé Inc, where various roles included SME, Director of Naturals, R&D Lab Manager, and Quality Lab Manager. Responsibilities spanned managing teams, overseeing project delegations, and utilizing expertise in essential oils to ensure product quality. Man Trinh implemented process improvements, developed analytical methods, and created a comprehensive in-house GCMS library. Prior experience includes positions as a Laboratory Technician at Avon and a waiter at Huong Viet and Little Saigon. Man Trinh holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
