Beth Ann Herrmann

Beth Ann Herrmann is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit and underwriting. Currently serving as SVP and Senior Credit Officer at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage since November 2014, Beth Ann has held significant positions at several financial institutions, including EVP and Chief Credit Officer at Capmark Bank/Capmark Finance LLC from 2003 to September 2014, and VP/Director of Insurance Operations at GMAC Commercial Mortgage from 1999 to 2003. Prior experiences include VP/Senior Underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage from 1994 to 1998, and as an Asset Technician at Resolution Trust Corporation from January 1991 to December 1992. Beth Ann holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business.
