Brad Williamson is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Senior Director at Berkadia since November 2013. At Berkadia, a leading mortgage originator and servicer, Brad arranges financing through various capital sources including Freddie Mac and FHA. Prior to Berkadia, Brad held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Tate Capital from September 2009 to October 2013, where over $325 million in distressed commercial real estate notes were acquired. Brad's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at GE Capital from October 2003 to February 2009, structuring and closing commercial real estate debt exceeding $750 million. Brad began the career as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst, managing the valuation of assets worth over $2 billion. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
