Brandon Hellberg serves as the Program Director for Corporate Development at Berkadia since May 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Analyst in the same division and working with the BeEngaged Startup Accelerator, which fosters innovation in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to Berkadia, Brandon co-founded and managed finance, strategy, and operations at Swello Marketing, and led a project on SaaS IPO success at Cross Creek. Experience also includes roles at the University of Utah as Graduate Student Director for the New Venture Development Center and an analyst role at Goldman Sachs in Securities Trade Management. Brandon’s educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Utah, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.
