Brant Fensin

Brant Fensin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in affordable housing and underwriting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Berkadia since October 2019, Brant plays a key role in enhancing the company's Affordable Housing platform, which aims to address the urgent need for affordable housing across the nation. Prior to this position, Brant was Vice President of Underwriting at Riverside Capital LLC from March 2014 to September 2019 and served as Acquisitions Manager at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, Inc. from June 2005 to March 2014. Brant holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
