Cole Schutjer

Cole Schutjer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Mortgage Banking and Production Operations at Berkadia since March 2018, Cole has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President - Deputy Head of Mortgage Banking and Vice President - Strategic Initiatives. Prior to Berkadia, Cole worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and gained experience as a Business Technology Consultant at ZS Associates. Cole also founded Stillwater Management, a real estate consultancy focused on wireless infrastructure, and held the role of Director of Sales Operations at Connected Lyfe. Additionally, Cole served as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University and worked as a Sales Manager at Diamond Wireless. Academically, Cole earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
