Evan Ballmann

Evan Ballmann is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mortgage banking and asset management. Since December 2018, Evan has served as Associate Director at Berkadia after progressing from the role of Senior Analyst in Mortgage Banking. Prior to this, Evan worked at Nationwide from January 2008 to December 2018 as an Investment Professional (Senior Asset Manager), where responsibilities included managing a $13 billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio and overseeing borrower negotiations and risk mitigation. Earlier experience includes positions at JPMorgan Chase as Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter, U.S. Bank Business Credit as Field Examiner and Credit Analyst, and National City Bank as Licensed Financial Specialist. Evan holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and Finance from Ohio University.
