Ian Shaw

Ian Shaw is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in affordable housing and sports analytics. Currently serving as Associate Director at Berkadia since August 2018, Shaw has underwritten and valued over 17,000 affordable multi-family units and assisted in the sale or contract procurement of more than 2,000 affordable units. Previous experience includes roles such as Coordinator for Pro and International Scouting with the Seattle Mariners, where data management for over 7,000 players was responsibilities, and internships with the New York Mets and New York Yankees, focusing on player development and advance scouting reports. Ian Shaw holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, where studies concentrated on economics and politics.
