Justine Parks

Justine Parks, MS ODL, is an experienced professional in leadership and organizational development with a strong focus on fostering values-based cultures and emotional intelligence in learning experiences. Currently serving as the Senior Learning Manager for Berkadia, Justine also leads the initiative as the Founder of the Bipolar Self-Care Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting self-care among individuals living with Bipolar Disorder. Previous roles include Leadership Trainer at Comcast, Organizational Development Manager at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, and Talent & Organizational Development Partner at Bancroft, where Justine designed and delivered various leadership and professional development programs. Justine holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
