Lauren Greenberg

Lauren Greenberg is an accomplished professional in investment sales and structured finance, currently serving as the Director at Berkadia since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2019 to February 2024, including Director and Senior Associate in the Global Hospitality segment of Capital Markets. Lauren's earlier experience at EY involved being a Senior Associate focusing on real estate and hospitality, providing services such as M&A due diligence and market feasibility studies.
