Mark Crosswell, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and hedge fund management. Currently serving as Director at Berkadia since October 2017, Mark specializes in structuring and joint venture equity in commercial real estate finance. Previously, Mark held the position of President at Crosscap Management, Inc. from August 2000 to September 2024, where multiple hedge funds were formed over 15 years, along with recent work as a contract CFO for Upstream Oil and Gas Companies. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, attained between 1987 and 1991.
