Nathan Stone

Nathan Stone is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Berkadia since November 2017, where previous role was Managing Director. Prior to Berkadia, Nathan held various positions at NorthMarq from September 2009 to November 2017, including Senior Vice President and Senior Director. Nathan's early career includes a Vice President role at Seneca Investments from June 2004 to April 2010, managing project finance and leading a team. Nathan's experience also includes a Development Associate position, with direct involvement in over 15 development projects valued at over $350MM, and a foundational role as a Real Estate Analyst. Nathan's professional journey began with an internship in Construction Management at Signature Consulting in 2003. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas, completed in 2004, and attended Jesuit from 1995 to 1999.
