Richard Evans

Richard Evans is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director at Berkadia since January 2021, Richard has previously held positions as Director at Moran & Company from July 2009 to January 2021, Assistant Vice President at Kennedy Associates from July 2004 to July 2009, and Associate Director in the Financial Services Group at Grubb & Ellis from February 2000 to June 2004. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1999.
