Scott Modelski

Scott Modelski is a Senior Director at Berkadia, specializing in debt and equity financing for multifamily and commercial real estate assets across the United States. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Scott began their career at Wells Fargo, progressing through various roles including Financial Analyst and Vice President in multiple divisions. Prior to Berkadia, Scott served as Managing Director at Black Bear Capital Partners and held senior positions at Alpha Capital CRE. They earned dual bachelor's degrees in Real Estate & Urban Economics and Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
