Berkeley Building Company was founded by Emil Frei in January of 2010. Berkeley is a commercial general contractor with many projects under construction in the greater Boston area. We specialize in Commercial, Educational, Residential, Hotel/Restaurant/Retail, Sport Venue, and Interior-Fit Out. BBC has recently completed several projects for British Beer Company restaurant, a two-phase condominium renovation project at 41 Westland Avenue, Symphony Court, and various projects for Harvard and MIT. One of BBC's latest projects is for Mooncusser Fish House, a 60-seat/3-floor restaurant located in the heart of Boston's Back Bay. Berkeley is projecting to soon have over $35 Million work in place.
