Rachel Gaines

Rachel Gaines is currently a Publishing Editor and Associate Editor at California Law Review and a Graduate Student Instructor and Reader at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, Rachel serves as a Mentor and Supervising Articles Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and as an Associate Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate position at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Pro Bono Leader and Student Advocate for the Survivor Advocacy Project at Berkeley Law, and roles as a Legal Intern at CSAA Insurance Group and a Student Advocate for the Community Defense Project at Berkeley Law. Rachel began legal career as a Legal Assistant at Collins & Associates and was previously an Educator at lululemon. Rachel is pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, having completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy at UC Santa Barbara.
