Prior to this role, Al was a professional golfer with the Mackenzie Tour from May 2016 to December 2019 and co-founded Johnston Gray Designs between July 2016 and November 2019. Al earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from East Carolina University, completing the program in 2015, and previously attended Charlotte Country Day School from 1998 to 2011.
