Jake Zapata

Jacob Zapata is an experienced professional in investment sales, currently working at Berkeley Capital Advisors since July 2021, while also serving as Principal at Zapata Capital Group since March 2016, focusing on commercial real estate development across Texas, Georgia, and Massachusetts. Co-founder of Aldyn, a healthcare startup, Jacob successfully raised a $3.1 million seed round backed by prominent investors. Previously, Jacob held roles such as Head of Partnerships at Resupply, where the focus was on enhancing non-cash charitable donations, and various positions within the 75th Ranger Regiment of the U.S. Army, including two deployments to Afghanistan. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University, earned in 2015.
