As a Founding Partner at Berkeley Capital Advisors since 1997, Robert has played a key role in the firm’s focus on income-producing real estate, contributing to the closure of 1,272 transactions valued at $8. Additionally, Robert co-founded Carolina Capital Investment Partners in 2013, a private equity firm specializing in commercial real estate investments and related debts. Robert also serves as a Partner at Carolina Capital Land Partners, concentrating on land acquisition and management in the Mid-Atlantic and southern United States. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Wake Forest University, earned between 1978 and 1982.

Although Berkeley Capital arranges investment sales throughout the Southeast, the majority of our activity is concentrated in the Carolinas. No other brokerage group, including national firms, has sold more shopping centers or single-tenant properties in the Carolinas.
