D. Allen Milburn

D. Allen Milburn has a diverse work experience spanning various government and educational organizations. D. Allen started their career as a State Auditor at the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts in 1993. D. Allen then served as the Director of Finance at the Bryan County Board of Education from 1998 to 2005. Afterwards, they joined the Charleston County School District as the Director of Budgeting and Special Revenue Accounting, where they worked for 17 years until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Berkeley County (SC) Government, responsible for managing various departments and overseeing financial operations.
