Heather Ducker

Heather Ducker has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Heather started their career as a Teacher at the Berkeley County School District in 2001 and worked there until 2014. Following that, they joined Goose Creek High School where they held the positions of Academy Coach and Graduation Specialist from 2014 to 2015, and Assistant Principal from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became a School Principal at both Sedgefield Middle School and Berkeley County School District. At Sedgefield Middle School, they served as School Principal until 2023. Overall, Heather Ducker has worked in various roles and demonstrated commitment to educational leadership throughout their career.

Heather Ducker obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston in 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Administration and Supervision at the University of South Carolina from 2014 to 2015.
