Melissa O'Brien

Melissa O'Brien currently serves as an Assistant Principal and Academic Instructor Mentor at Berkeley County Schools WV since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal in Jefferson County Schools from September 2020 to August 2022, and Student Teacher Supervisor at Wilson College during the same period. Melissa O'Brien also worked as an Instructor at Hagerstown Community College from March 2019 to October 2020 and served as a Substitute Teacher at Berkeley County Schools WV prior to that. A significant tenure at Chicago Public Schools from 2010 to 2018 encompassed positions as an English Teacher and Principal Intern, as well as AVID Specialist and English Teacher from 2002 to 2009.
