Rachael Blackford

Rachael Blackford is a skilled computer teacher currently employed at Berkeley County Schools WV since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rachael gained experience as a graphic designer at Fast Signs from February 2018 to August 2021 and held a customer service representative position at Valley Vet Emergency & Referral Center for a short period in late 2017. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Shepherd University, completing studies from 2012 to 2017.
