Aaron Potash

Aaron Potash, CSP, currently serves as the Division Safety Coordinator for Accelerator Technology and Applied Physics at Berkeley Lab, a position held since January 2024. With extensive experience as a Health Safety Environment Consultant at The Safety Factor LLC since November 2018, Aaron specializes in various areas including Human Organizational Performance, Laser Safety, and OSHA Compliance. Previous roles include EHS Design Program Lead at Milestone Technologies, where Aaron led the development of global health and safety design programs for Meta, as well as Industrial Safety Professional at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Laser Safety Officer. Aaron’s background also encompasses safety engineering at Pankow Builders, environmental safety inspections for Danya International LLC, and clinical supervision at Paramedics Plus. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
