Ashley Bissell

Ashley Bissell is an accomplished chemist and materials scientist with extensive experience in both research and management roles. Notable positions include Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where foundational work on inorganic nano-particle semiconductors was conducted, and Senior Scientist at Sienna Technologies, Inc., leading advanced materials R&D efforts. Additional roles span various organizations such as Analytical Chemistry, Inc., where laboratory procedures were executed, and Helion Energy, where a materials program for fusion energy was established. Ashley holds a BA in Chemistry from Reed College and an M.S. in Chemistry with a focus on Nanotechnology from the University of Washington.
