Benjamin Knepper has a diverse background in experimental and theoretical physics, with recent experience at institutions such as Berkeley Lab and Fermilab. At SQMS Center, Benjamin participated in a Quantum Information Science Summer School, applying advanced techniques in qubit analysis. Prior internships include work at LA Sanitation & Environment, where wastewater quality was tested, and at Boeing, where solar array systems were designed. Benjamin contributed to pivotal research projects, including the BREAD experiment for axion detection and the QuIPS experiment for sterile neutrino detection, while also engaging in astrophysics research through the Instituto Milenio de Astrofísica and the N3AS collaboration. Benjamin holds degrees in Physics, Philosophy, and Mathematics from Cornell University and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
