Ishan Bansal

Ishan Bansal is currently a Research Intern at Yale University School of Medicine, focusing on the immunogenic response silencing mechanisms in mice with lung tumors. Concurrently, Ishan is engaged as a Machine Learning Research Intern at Berkeley Lab, contributing to a predictive model for COVID-19 using geographical microbial data. Additional roles include Data Science Consultant at Arva Intelligence, and Director of Recruitment, Project Manager, and Analyst at Yale Alternative Investments, where Ishan leads research on the Biotech VC market. Recently, Ishan completed an Explore Internship at Microsoft, working on enhancing user experience for the Microsoft Edge browser. Previous research experience includes a Genomic Sciences Research Internship at the University of Washington and co-founding Medecio, a platform improving patient lifestyle tips. Ishan is pursuing a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University.
