Nick Karki

Nick Karki is an experienced energy and environmental technology researcher currently working at Berkeley Lab since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nick served as a senior research associate at the WVU-Industrial Assessment Center from August 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included leading research efforts. Nick's academic experience includes serving as a graduate research and teaching assistant at West Virginia University, contributing to an industrial engineering lab while supporting undergraduate students in mechanical and industrial engineering. Earlier professional experience includes a student internship in supplier quality assurance at Secure Meters Limited, focusing on Lean Engineering and process improvement methodologies. Nick holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chitkara University.
