Wanli Yang

Wanli Yang is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on condensed matter and materials physics. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist and Physicist Scientist at Berkeley Lab since September 2006, Wanli Yang works at Beamline 8.0 at the Advanced Light Source. Prior to this role, Wanli Yang was a Staff Scientist at Stanford University from 2004 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Postdoctoral Fellowship in soft x-ray spectroscopy of nano materials from Stanford University (2001-2004), a Ph.D. from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (1995-2000), and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Shandong University (1991-1995).
