Norman Villarina

Norman Villarina is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and infrastructure. As the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Industry Capital Advisors, LLC since 2003, Villarina has been instrumental in focusing on real and digital asset platforms in the U.S. and emerging markets. Since 2005, as a Partner and Co-Founder at Berkeley Partners, Villarina has specialized in multi-tenant light industrial real estate. Additional leadership roles include Chairman positions at VFuels Oil and Gas Engineering and Konexa, and board memberships at Element Critical and Osborne Partners Capital Management, LLC. Villarina co-founded Industry Ventures from 1999 to 2003, further showcasing a robust background in venture capital.
