Sounita Louangrath

Sounita (Nita) Louangrath is a highly experienced Construction Project Manager currently with Berkeley Partners since June 2023, and previously held similar positions at Lincoln Property Company CRE and Technical Builders, Inc. Sounita's career in project management began with CBRE, where responsibilities included efficient communication, monitoring activities, and managing financial issues for high-complexity projects. With a strong background in facilities management and regional management at Sears Home Improvement Products, Sounita has developed expertise in office management, training program development, and client relations.
