Meredith Joelle Donato has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Choreographer and Teaching Artist at American Conservatory Theater, where they worked on the world premiere of "A Walk on the Moon." Meredith Joelle also served as a Theater Director and Teaching Artist at Berkeley Playhouse. Donato has experience as a Director of Writing at CAMPANILE COLLEGE COUNSELING INC and as a Choreographer at The Custom Made Theatre Company, where they worked on multiple world premieres. Meredith Joelle was a Public Engagement Associate and Virtual Workshop Producer at The OpEd Project and a Lead Instructor at UC Berkeley Extension. Donato has also worked as a Guest Artist at the College of San Mateo, a Children's Chorus Rehearsal Director at ODC/Dance, and a Choreographer at Palo Alto Players-Peninsula Center Stage. Additionally, they have prior experience as a Trainee at Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.

Meredith Joelle Donato completed their high school education at Aragon High School from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they attended Stanford University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature, with Distinction.
