Jerry M. Chang

Jerry M. Chang, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director and Partner at BRG since December 2022. Previously, Jerry was Senior Managing Director and Partner at Ankura from August 2018 to December 2022, following Ankura’s acquisition of Navigant's Disputes, Forensics and Legal Technology segment. Jerry held the position of Managing Director at Navigant from September 2004 to August 2018, focusing on client relationship development and engagement management related to valuations, mergers, acquisitions, and legal support. Earlier roles include Manager at EY, Director of Corporate Development at CareerBuilder, and various consulting positions at KPMG US. Jerry holds an MBA in Business/Finance from Emory University and a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University, and is currently a part-time graduate student at Dallas Theological Seminary.
