Mark Goodwin

Mark Goodwin is an accomplished professional in corporate finance and restructuring, currently serving as Associate Director at BRG since August 2020. Prior roles at BRG include Senior Managing Consultant and Managing Consultant. Prior to joining BRG, Mark worked at KPMG US as Manager in Deal Advisory - Transaction Services, and at KPMG as a Senior Associate in Deal Advisory. Mark also gained experience as a Senior Assurance Associate at BDO USA, LLP. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Hampshire, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2014.
