Mark Weinsten

Mark Weinsten serves as a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Corporate Finance practice and providing assistance to boards of directors, equity sponsors, and management of distressed and transitioning companies. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting from May 1997 to July 2016, leading the Private Equity and Hedge Fund initiative and contributing to the leadership team for the Consumer Products and Retail offering, as well as the Business Improvement & Growth practice. Mark earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
