Mary Karen Wills

Mary Karen Wills is a highly experienced professional in the field of consulting and compliance, currently serving as Managing Director at BRG since April 2012. With expertise in contract and grant compliance, disputes, claims, and cost/price analysis, Mary has established a strong background in federal regulations including CAS, FAR, and 2CFR 200. Prior to BRG, Mary held key positions as Partner at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. and Consulting Business Group Leader at Beers & Cutler, where leadership and strategic development of consulting services were paramount. Mary began her career as an Audit and Consulting Partner at Arthur Andersen & Co., building a solid foundation in financial consulting. Mary earned a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
