Nicole Dieso

Nicole Dieso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, project consulting, and academic instruction. Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since February 2022, Nicole also operates Nicole Dieso Coaching, specializing as an International Leadership Coach and Mediator with a focus on the Say Own Transform Method. Previous roles include Senior Project Consultant at Thayer Leader Development Group and Faculty Member at Seton Hall University, where Nicole taught Integrated Communication. Additional experience includes VP of Business Compliance at Tatweer in Qatar and active service as a Captain and Lieutenant in the US Army. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
