Prior to his role at BRG, Rick held prominent positions at IHS Energy and IHS CERA, where Rick specialized in unconventional resource valuation and upstream strategy consulting across various global regions. Rick's career began at Chevron, where Rick progressed from Senior Staff Geologist to Team Leader, gaining experience in exploration and project economics.
