Sebastien Belanger has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Sebastien co-founded Zēlos Energy Ltd in 2013 and served as the CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Founder. In 2019, they co-founded Pilatus Capital and worked as a Fund Manager. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Vice President & Head of Operations and Strategic Planning at Berkeley Research Group LLC, Chief Executive Officer at World Mentor, Director of Strategic Initiatives and Acquisitions - North America at Bombardier, Director of Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, and Implementation at LECG, Director of Procurement, Partnerships, and Special Projects at Agropur, and Director of Engineering at IPEX Inc.

Sebastien Belanger completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - Design at McGill University from 1992 to 1996. Sebastien then pursued an MBA with a specialization in Strategy and M&A at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
