Whitney Ellerman

Whitney Ellerman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and public service. Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since October 2019 and Principal at Ellerman Enzinna Levy PLLC since October 2016, Whitney has a strong background as a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Hunton & Williams LLP, as well as at Janis, Schuelke & Wechsler. Prior to these roles, Whitney was an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice for the District of Columbia from 1996 to 2000. Whitney holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, earned between 1985 and 1988.
