Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and business process management. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales and consulting at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020. Prior roles include Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB, Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, and various senior architecture and program management positions at MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and FedEx Services. Sebastiraj began a career in software engineering at Nucleus Software and Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
