Elaina Schmitz

Elaina Schmitz has over 15 years of experience in operations and administrative functions in professional service organizations. From 2003 to present, they have served as Director of Operations at Berkhemer Clayton, Inc. where they have been responsible for client service management, marketing management, finance/legal management, human resource management, and technology management. Prior to this, they were a Revenue Accountant and Executive Assistant at MullinTBG (Mullin Consulting, Inc.) from 1988 to 2003.

Elaina Schmitz graduated from the USC Marshall School of Business in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
