LB Baer has over 30 years of professional experience. In 1987, LB worked as a Creative Coordinator at McCann. In 1989, LB moved to The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Marketing Representative. In 1997, LB joined FCB Global as an Account Manager. In 1999, LB transitioned to Visa as a Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications. In 2007, LB moved to Green Dot Corporation as a Senior Director of Corporate Communications. In 2013, LB became an Independent Consultant as a Business Solutions Consultant. In 2018, LB joined 50/50 Women on Boards as a Corporate Relations Consultant and Berkhemer Clayton, Inc. as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
