Brit Holbert

Brit Holbert has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Desk Manager at the String Project from October 2010 to May 2012. They then interned at PARMA Licensing as a Music Licensing Intern from January to May 2013. Following this, they worked at the University of Massachusetts Lowell as a Testing Coordinator from October 2012 to July 2013, and later as an Admissions Counselor from September 2013 to June 2015. They then joined the Boston Conservatory at Berklee as an Assistant Director of Admissions, specializing in Instrumental & Composition and serving as the Boston Audition Coordinator from July 2015 to May 2018.

After that, Brit Holbert transitioned to the Berklee College of Music, taking on various roles. They started as an Assistant Director of Admissions from May 2018 to June 2021, then became an Assistant Director of Internships & Employer Engagement from June 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Employer Engagement & Internships starting from May 2022, without a specified end date.

Brit Holbert completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University from 2016 to 2018. They also obtained a Bachelor of Music (BM) in Music Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Brit Holbert obtained an Adult Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2024.
