Marcus H. has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Associate Director for Instructional Technology at Berklee College of Music since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Training and Instructional Technology Dept. Manager at Berklee from June 2018 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the Manager, Faculty Technology Services at Berklee from June 2015 to June 2018. Marcus also worked as a Client Services Rep. at Think Right Now/Holistic Blends from March 2009 to September 2009. Marcus gained experience as a Producer, Songwriter, Arranger, and Instrumentalist from May 2008 to September 2009. Additionally, they worked as a CS Support at USA Datanet from April 2008 to October 2008. Marcus started their career as an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Support at Covanta Energy from December 2007 to March 2008 and as an Accounts Receivable accountant at Penn Traffic from September 2007 to January 2008. Marcus began their journey at Berklee College of Music as a Lab Assistant at CTMI, where they provided technology training and support to faculty and taught classes to student employees on various software from 2004 to 2007.

Marcus H. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Music-Contemporary Writing and Production at Berklee College of Music, attending from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Marcus has also acquired various certifications in areas such as instructional design, technology, and music production.
