Eric Hoey

Eric Hoey, ACAS, is an experienced Associate Actuary at Berkley Alliance Managers since January 2019, previously serving as an Actuarial Pricing Supervisor at American National from May 2012 to December 2018. In this supervisory role, Eric oversaw a team of analysts on the BOP and CPP lines, developed pricing strategies, and reviewed pricing methodologies. Eric's earlier positions at American National included Actuarial Research Analyst and Actuarial Pricing Analyst, where responsibilities included creating pricing models and analyzing past data. Prior experience also includes a role as a Casualty Apprentice at Aspen Specialty Insurance and as a Sales Associate at Walmart. Eric holds a BS in Actuarial Science from St. John's University and graduated from Scotia-Glenville High School.
