Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Berkley Care Group since April 2021, Leah-Marie leads HR strategies for the UK's premier luxury care home provider. Prior to this role, Leah-Marie held various positions at Hartford Care, including Group HR Director and Group HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR operations, driving business objectives, and managing M&A activities. Additional experience includes serving as an Area Officer for Skills for Care and a Home Manager at Hartford Care. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of Plymouth, CIPD qualifications, and ongoing professional development in leadership coaching.
