Lawrence Moonan currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Enterprise Risk Officer at Berkley Alliance Managers and as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Berkley Design Professional Underwriters, a position held since April 2013. Prior to their roles at Berkley, Lawrence held multiple significant positions at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, including President of the Architects & Engineers Division from February 2002 to April 2013. Additionally, Lawrence has experience as Vice President & Regional Leader, Senior Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer, and Chief Insurance Officer at DPIC Companies from 1997 to 2002, and as Director of E&O Sales at Utica National Insurance Group from 1990 to 1997. Educationally, Lawrence obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from SUNY Geneseo between 1981 and 1985.
